Yesterday in the heart of Harrisburg, at the Whittaker Center, the atmosphere was electric as the What’s So Cool About Manufacturing Middle School Student Video Contest Statewide Awards unfolded. Among the 22 talented contenders, for the first time ever, one of our Pittsburgh East teams took 2nd place!!! 👏🏆

Partnered with JWF Industries, the middle school students from Greater Johnstown showcased their creativity and dedication, earning well-deserved recognition for their exceptional video. It’s a testament to their hard work and the invaluable guidance of their teacher coaches. The journey to this achievement was marked by countless hours of brainstorming, filming, and editing, as the team poured their hearts into capturing what they thought was so cool about manufacturing.
As we celebrate this awesome achievement, let’s commend the students, teachers, and industry partners who made it possible. Their passion for manufacturing and commitment to excellence serve as an inspiration to us all.
