Students at Baldwin High School who are a part of our IMT Pre-Apprenticeship Program recently took their learning to the next level with an exciting hands-on robotics training session at CCAC (Community College of Allegheny County).
Through their coursework and MSSC (Manufacturing Skill Standards Council) modules, these students have been building a strong foundation in advanced manufacturing and industrial technology. This training session at CCAC gave them the opportunity to apply that knowledge in a real-world setting, working directly with robotic systems and learning essential technical skills.
By engaging in this hands-on experience, students gained valuable insight into robotics programming, automation, and troubleshooting—skills that are highly sought after in today’s manufacturing and engineering fields. This opportunity not only reinforced classroom concepts but also helped prepare them for future careers in manufacturing, robotics, and industrial maintenance.
We’re proud of our Baldwin Pre-Apprentices for embracing these learning opportunities and continuing to grow their skills! Thank you to CCAC for providing such a wonderful session!
